Cancellations and Changes Before Dispatch

If you notice a mistake after ordering, early contact gives the best chance to help while the parcel can still be changed. Sending a request quickly is important because dispatch can proceed promptly and not every change remains possible.

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, change an item or correct the delivery address. We can make a requested change only while the order has not been dispatched and the change is still possible; submitting a request does not itself confirm a change. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we refund the cancelled goods and any shipping charge relating solely to them. After dispatch, an ordinary return follows the return policy. Your rights concerning dispatch delays or other mandatory cancellation rights are not restricted by this rule.
