Welcome to Hoop Jersey House, a licensed NBA fan jersey shop for basketball fans and young supporters. Email is our contact channel and messages can be sent at any time. Our contact email is ncwuhyhjc@outlook.com.

Email is our contact channel. We do not advertise fixed customer-service hours or continuous live support. Messages can be sent at any time and are handled as they are reviewed.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us review your enquiry efficiently, please include your order reference where you have one, the player or team jersey you are asking about, and clear details about sizes, availability or delivery. Photos of any issue you are reporting are also helpful when you have them.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed response deadline; complex enquiries may take longer. If you have not received a reply, check your spam folder and follow up in the same email conversation.
